Advocating genocide
318 (1) Every person who advocates or promotes genocide is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.
We literally have people across the planet chanting “from the river to the sea”, which is a direct call for the genocide of the Jews. Is our government going to lock up everyone in Canada that chants that in prison for life?!? Of course not! It’s virtually impossible. DO YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THEIR IMPRISONMENT? Of course not. It would be far more expedient to deport non-citizen offenders.
But hey, that’s not the only call for genocide. Here’s a quick list of publications that call for it in a roundabout way:
- World Population Prospects – Published by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division, this report provides comprehensive data and analysis on global population trends. It includes estimates and projections of population size, growth, fertility, mortality, and migration for all countries.
- The State of World Population – An annual report by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), focusing on issues related to reproductive health, women’s rights, and population dynamics. It often discusses the impact of population growth on development goals and the importance of family planning and reproductive health services.
- Agenda 21 – A comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which humans impact the environment. Adopted at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro in 1992, its chapters address various issues, including demographic dynamics and sustainability.
- Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – Adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, the 17 SDGs are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and Goal 13 (Climate Action) indirectly relate to managing population growth through sustainable urban planning and environmental conservation.
- Global Population and Reproductive Health – This book, published by the Population Reference Bureau, discusses the intersection of population dynamics and reproductive health and their implications for sustainable development.
- The Limits to Growth – A 1972 report published by the Club of Rome that used computer models to simulate the consequence of interactions between the Earth’s and human systems. The controversial report presented scenarios that suggested that economic growth could not continue indefinitely because of the limited availability of natural resources, including the pressures of population growth.
So, while there are innumerable calls for genocide, why should I miss out on the action? I call for the genocide of people that call for genocide!!! So there. PFFT!

Offence motivated by hatred
320.1001 (1) Everyone who commits an offence under this Act or any other Act of Parliament, if the commission of the offence is motivated by hatred based on race, national or ethnic origin, language, colour, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.
How is hate defined? Who decides? If you don’t approve of something that other people do, is that hate?

Public incitement of hatred
- 319(1) Every one who, by communicating statements in any public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace is guilty of
- (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
- (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
- Wilful promotion of hatred
- (2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of
- (a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
- (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
Just watch. Condemning pedophilia (MAPs – Minor Attracted Persons) will land someone in prison in the near future. It’s coming. Because “MAP” is just a “sexual orientation”.
For the record, I (along with every sane person on the planet) HATE people that rape children. Sanity can now land you in prison for LIFE!
And ANYTHING in the act can get you life in prison. Not just 2 years.
