In a previous post (https://cynic.me/diy-weapons-knee-pads-comments/) I’d possibly made an error with respect to the law and so I updated it. The law has to do with spiked wristbands and includes an “any similar device” qualification. The law can be found here:
Not all “spiked wristbands” are illegal though. I have studded wristbands that are protective gear for slingshot fishing, and these are perfectly legal to own, possess, take out in public, and use as intended.
