Censor This, You Dirty Canucktards!

The corrupt Government of Canada under the leadership of an incompetent fool, Justin Trudeau, has one of its criminal lapdogs, Steven Guibeault, spearheading the charge to censor Canadians for saying mean things about their corruption, criminality, ineptitude, etc.

From ZeroHedge, via Bombthrower, as reported by Blacklocks.

The author there, Mark E. Jeftovic, suggests that people may clue in and tune out, opting for “crypto states”. While I’m not intimately familiar with that term, it appears to be the exact thing I’ve been working on for years now – decentralization. I certainly hope that more people go that route.

However, I’m not certain that it will be enough. The paths that most governments are on right now are all towards greater centralization of power with greater limits on individual freedom. There’s a word for that: totalitarianism. There’s also a lovely Latin phrase to accompany that: Sic semper tyrannis.

And with that, and with some playful spite, I would suggest that many of our elected officials, such as Justin Trudeau and Steven Guibeault, along with senior bureaucrats rightly deserve to be put to death.

While that may sound extreme to some, there’s certainly a strong case to be made. Not just for those 2, but for a whole lot of other Canadian politicians and senior, decision-making bureaucrats, i.e. those that restrict our freedoms. Just off the top of my head, these are a tiny few:

  • Bill Blair
  • Doug Ford
  • Jason Kenny
  • Catherine McKenna
  • Patty Hajdu
  • Christia Freeland
  • Theresa Tam

And a whole lot more. Every single decision maker should be tried for their crimes. While given the magnitude of their crimes, I don’t believe that they have any kind of moral right or claim to due process, it should be afforded to them. That they strip our rights from us with the stroke of a pen is not necessarily an excuse for us to deny them the due process and good faith consideration of the law that they deny us.

Every decision maker that has enforced any lockdown is guilty of a human rights crime against the entire jurisdiction that they preside over, e.g. Doug Ford is guilty of violating the God-given natural rights of 14.7 million people in Ontario. When your crimes are that massive, there can be no just punishment other than execution.

Similar for Bill Blair. He is guilty of violating the God-given natural rights of 38 million Canadians for denying Canadians their right to own property with his gun bans.

I’m certain that there are many people that don’t want to own a firearm. That’s fine. They have a right to own them, but they don’t need to exercise that right. This is the same situation for cannabis; while you may not wish to own or consume it, you have that right. That you have a right isn’t to say that you must use that right. However, even if you choose not to exercise a right, it is absolutely wrong to violate or strip you of that right.

Bill Blair and many other gun-grabbing criminals are guilty of violating your rights. This is a mere matter of fact. Rights do not derive from government. Government can only serve to protect our rights. Once it fails to do that, or when it begins to violate your rights, it’s time for a new government.

Back to Steven Guibeault…

Guibeault deserves nothing less than execution (with due process as noted above). He, and those like him, are dangerous. He is trying to censor Canadians and to force the free press in Canada to obtain licenses in order to operate. If you need a license to speak, you don’t have free speech.

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is just pure dogshit, but it’s what we have despite it’s gross shortcomings. This is Article 1:

1 The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

The part to look at is “guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it”. It doesn’t cover any other of our God-given natural rights. Compare that to the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

There, any right not explicitly named is acknowledged. That is, the authors of the 10th Amendment knew that they couldn’t enumerate all the rights that people have.

Conversely, the twisted fucks that wrote the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (CCRF) deemed that they have the power to grant rights. No. Our rights are innate. No government can grant rights. They can only protect them.

So, having established that the CCRF is dogshit, the next article is for fundamental freedoms.

2 Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

(a) freedom of conscience and religion;

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;

(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and

(d) freedom of association.

Point (b) is supposed to guarantee our freedom of speech. However, Steven Guibeault’s fee-feez are apparently hurt, so he and his criminal colleagues think that they should muzzle 38 million Canadians.

Again, you’re perfectly free to NOT exercise your freedom of speech. You’re free to parrot petty authoritarians like Guibeault & Trudeau. You’re free to let other people think for you. That is your right. Just as it is the right of every other Canadian to use their right to free speech.

In this post I am exercising my God-given right to freely speak and to say that elected officials, politicians, and senior bureaucrats that violate or attempt to violate the rights of Canadians should be tried for their crimes and executed if found guilty.

Steven Guibeault. I’m looking at you. You deserve to die. With due process, unlike the dictatorial garbage you impose on us. Because we’re better than you.
